Care Instructions

Our products are handmade, and each piece will come with slight variations in color and texture. Like all clay accessories, they are prone to break if subject to wear, tear, and carelessness.

If your shoe charm gets dirty clean gently with a damp cotton swab using only water.

If the shoe charm base becomes loose, simply super glue the base onto the charm and allow it to fully dry before wearing.

How to use shoe charms

Installing the shoe charm:

- Carefully insert the shoe charm base at a 45 degree angle. Push in the charm only from the center to ensure even pressure. Avoid adding pressure to any small details of the charm.

Removing the shoe charm:

- Pop out the charm from the inside of the shoe. Put your hand in the shoe and push out the bottom of the charm with your finger. DO NOT tug the charm from the outside.
